A Luoi hydro power project has capacity of 170MW; average annual power output is 686.5 millions of kWh; total investment is 3,223 billions of VND. The owner is Central hydro power joint venture company (CHP). The project is classified by the Government in the National power development plan in 2006 – 2015 stage.
