The Ninh Binh Fertilizer Plant began construction in 2008 and officially went into operation in 2012. This project is part of Vietnam's strategy to develop its fertilizer industry, aiming to meet domestic demand for urea fertilizer for agricultural production. The plant utilizes modern technology with a urea production line from natural gas. Its designed capacity is 560,000 tons of urea per year. The production process uses advanced technology, ensuring product quality and production efficiency. The Ninh Binh Fertilizer Plant plays a crucial role in supplying urea fertilizer for Vietnamese agriculture, helping reduce dependency on imported fertilizers. The plant’s products serve not only the domestic market but are also exported to several international markets.
