Self lubricating spherical plain bearing steel base material including two parts. The inner diameter of bearing generally adopts bearing steel (Stainless steel) to be quenched and the spherical surface is plated with hard chrome and polished. The base material of the outer raced generally takes bearing steel (stainless steel), the spherical operating surface is self - lubricating material. Self lubriacting spherical plain bearing steel base is applied in moving part in industry as follow: mechanical hydropower project (the supporting of arc gate, the wheel part of sluice gate), shipping factory, cement factory...ect.
