The self lubricating spherical plain bearing are composed of two part. The base material of inner is copper alloy specially produced, and the spherical surface is inlaid with solid lubricant. The outer race generally adopts bearing steel (stainless steel) to be quenched and the spherical surface is plated with hard chrome and polished. The self lubricating spherical plain bearing are use in moving part in many industry field as: hydropower mechanical equipment (The supporting bearings for radial gate, roller wheel of plain sluice), shipping industry, cement factory...ect.
