The Bac River hydropower project is built on the Bac River in Tan Trinh commune, Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province, Song Bac hydropower project with an installed capacity of about 42MW, average annual power of about 166.51 million kwh for the needs of the national and regional electricity system in Ha Giang province
Son La hydropower project is the biggest hydro power plant in Southeast Asia. The project has a reservoir of 224 km2 with storage capacity of 9.26 billions of water cubic meters.
Song Bung 4 hydro power plant is located in Bung river, in Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province with 156 MW capacity and total investment of over 4,932 billions of VND with 196 millions of USD mobilized from Asia Development Bank.
